Though the Apotheka cocktail bar in Český Krumlov is quite young (est. 2009), it is found in the same building where the castle's royal pharmacy once was located beginning in 1729. The bar does an excellent job of capturing this old, alchemic atmosphere. The building itself is much older, dating from the 14th century, when it originally served as the old town hall. Apotheka's visitors can expect cocktails of utmost quality ingredients and beautiful preparation/presentation, like the hot apple rum punch shown here.
